RETURNS

You have 14 days from the delivery of the item to make the return. 

If the item has arrived in poor condition, with breakages or that does not correspond to what you have ordered, we will send you a label for collection and we will manage the return. The money will be returned to you within 2-3 days with the same method that made the payment.

If the item has arrived in poor condition or damaged, we ask that you notify us and send us photographs, if possible keep the item with its box. The process in this case will be different, we need you to keep it so that the transport company can verify its status and the insurance can do the management. If you want to return the item because you no longer like it or are not interested in it, the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return, you must package the item so that it arrives in the same conditions as it was delivered.
