Retains original wiring and plug with the Fase logo. Works perfectly.
The flexible gooseneck has been replaced with a red corrugated plastic tube; it is not the original. The shade is red lacquered metal with some signs of use and a few scratches.
The black rubber seal has a small crack that does not affect its use.
